Supporting the 5 Systems of Flow in the Body
Abdominal Therapy supports the body’s natural healing abilities and address the root cause of many reproduction and digestive complaints. by improving the five systems of N.A.V.E.L.
N - Nerve Conduction - optimal nervous system communication in the body
A - Arterial Blood - carrier oxygen, hormones, nutrients throughout the body - vital for health
V - Venous Blood - helps the body eliminate wastes more efficiently
E - Energy Flow - removes energy stagnation and blocks to free chi and vitality in body and life
L - Lymphatic Flow - helps body eliminate toxins so toxins do not build up in the tissues, allows for greater repair and detoxification
For centuries, traditional healers worldwide have understood the importance of proper alignment and good vital flow to support and enhance the health and wellbeing throughout the life cycle for women, men, and children. This sacred art passed down to our generation and it truly is an honor to be able share these practices with you.
Reduction in Swelling, Inflammation & Scar Tissue
If an organ is swollen, or out of optimal position, it can lean on arteries/veins, nerves, and lymphatic vessels resulting in decreased function and/or pain. Another often overlooked possible obstruction is scar tissue. If scar tissue builds up it can impair the flow the body needs to be healthy and functioning. If blood flow is impaired in any way, toxins build up and this may disrupt the proper functions of the body and emotional and physical health of the individual.
Uterus Alignment
Ttraditional healers believe that female problems usually stem from one source: a uterus that has dropped from its proper position. Fertility challenges, PMS, painful periods, constipation, difficult pregnancies, miscarriages, endometriosis, menopausal symptoms, menstrual irregularity, painful intercourse, vaginitis and other issues may all be root causes of a uterus that is out of alignment and unable to function properly. In Dr. Rosita Arvigo’s book ‘Rainforest Home Remedies’ she states that ‘seventy-five percent of women suffer from what is called a prolapsed, or tipped, uterus. This means that because medical science does not acknowledge the alignment of the uterus, many female issues are being treated without ever having the underlying cause addressed.”
